What can you expect from a DELUXE property?

Hotel Layout: Gorgeous Lobby, Rooms located inside the hotel. Hallways, Multi-Floors, and Elevators. Uniquely Themed. In comparison, the Disney’s Value/Moderate Resort Hotels feature “Motel” Style Layout: Many Buildings. Doors to Rooms are outside. Lobby/Dining in its own Building.
Most expensive Disney hotel category. $$$. Prices vary drastically depending on the resort, room type and season (peak, holiday, fall, summer, value or regular). $400 to $1000+ per night. Sun-Thurs nights cost less. *Book with a Travel Agent so you can get the best rate. If a discount becomes available for your dates, I will automatically apply it to your reservation.
Convenience: Stay Close to 1 or more Parks. Some hotels are walking distance to a park! Concierge/Club Level is available.
Stylish Accommodations. Upscale. Luxurious. Larger Rooms. Most rooms sleep 5. Balconies or Patios.
Themed Dining: Table Service, Quick Service, Bars & Lounges, Pool Bar. Signature Dining. Character Dining.
Variety of Transportation: Bus, Monorail, Skyliner, Boat depending on hotel.
Extended Evening Hours! 2 extra hours after all other guests leave the park. LOW waits. Typically, *Magic Kingdom on Wednesdays. *EPCOT on Mondays. Check your Disney App, as this does change.
Fun activities. More Recreation: Pool with waterslide.

PRO TIP: Animal Kingdom Lodge & Wilderness Lodge tend to be the least expensive Deluxe properties. To note: most rooms only sleep 4 guests.

Disney’s BOARDWALK INN

Boardwalk Inn is an EPCOT area resort hotel and is walking distance to EPCOT’s Intl. Gateway Entrance (France/UK Pavilions of the World Showcase). 5 min. walk…what a PERK!

Be prepared to fall in love with the newly updated rooms. Step back in time to life on the Eastern shore and enjoy a stroll on the Boardwalk. Turn of the Century Vibes with a touch of Disney Magic. The Carousel Motif is everywhere. Did I mention how incredible the Lobby smells?! What a Welcome Home. Take time to explore the resort and see all the cool antiques.

DINING

Inside the Hotel– Carousel Coffee (grab & go coffee/pastries) & Belle Vue Lounge.

On the Boardwalk– Flying Fish, Trattoria al Forno (hidden gem!), Boardwalk Deli (quick service spot, tables outside on the Boardwalk), Boardwalk Ice Cream, Pizza Window, AbracadaBar, Boardwalk Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas (1 of my go-to spots), Funnel Cake Cart

Coming Soon: ✨The Cake Bake Shop-an enchanting bakery! Serving sweet & savory dishes including an afternoon tea service. It will also feature a champagne bar, quick service shop, and retail store. I cannot wait to dine here! Latest intel suggests it will open Summer 2024.

AMENITIES

Boat to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios. So quick and easy. Real lifesaver when your feet are tired.

Bus to Magic Kingdom & Animal Kingdom.

Skyliner located at EPCOT Intl. Gateway Entrance.

Free Parking for Guests. Free Wi-Fi. 24 hr. Self- Service Laundry Room near 3rd floor elevators.

Retail Shop- The Screen Door (located on the Boardwalk)

Feature POOL- Luna Park Pool (carnival themed with 200 ft. waterslide).

2 Leisure Pools. Whirlpool Spas.

Movies Under the Stars. Campfire Activities. Side Show Games Arcade.

Muscles & Bustles Health Club. Tennis & Pickleball Courts. Surrey Bikes Rentals.

Fantasia Gardens mini golf (15 min. walk).
