My visit was in October 2022.

First, let’s chat a little bit about Club Level at Walt Disney World Resort. It’s the ultimate in Disney luxury and VIP status. It’s the high end, wow-worthy splurge for your vacation. The best perk is by far the Concierge/Club Level Lounge! Club Level is wonderful choice for those seeking a more upscale experience and/or taking a special occasion trip.
Now, you’re probably wondering… what is INCLUDED with a Club Level room?
Is Club Level worth it?
What Disney Hotels offer Club Level?
How do I book it?
So, let’s get started.
✨Walt Disney World Hotels that offer CLUB LEVEL:
- Polynesian Village Resort: King Kamehameha Club 💚
- Grand Floridian Resort: Sugar Loaf Key Club and Royal Palm Club
- Contemporary Resort: Atrium Club (12th floor) and Tower Club (14th floor)
- Beach Club Resort: Stone Harbor Club💙
- Yacht Club Resort: Regatta Club
- Boardwalk Inn: Innkeeper’s Club
- Wilderness Lodge: Old Faithful Club
- Gran Destino Tower @Cornado Springs Resort: Chronos Club🧡
FYI: Gran Destino Tower is the only Moderate Resort in the list and the price point is much cheaper than the others. All the other resorts listed are Disney Deluxe Hotels.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have stayed Club Level at Polynesian Village, Beach Club & Gran Destino Tower. All of my stays were simply wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about staying Club Level. For this post and review, I’ll be talking about Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort’s King Kamehameha Club.

🌺One oh-so-convenient thing about the Polynesian’s Club Level rooms is that most of them are in the same Longhouse: Hawaii. Hawaii is centrally located within the Polynesian Village Resort making it easy to get to the Ceremonial House, Pools and Transportaion. Since this longhouse is for concierge guests only, you will need your MagicBand to enter. Upon entering, you’ll see the concierge desk. This room is very welcoming with so much to look at. The concierge team is there to offer assistance, answer questions and make your stay feel extra magical. Do take advantage of their services. You can also pick up park maps! I sure did.

💙We were greeted with Aloha from the cast members and given brightly colored leis. They told us where to find the King Kamehameha Club Lounge, handed us a helpful concierge letter & resort map and offered us beverages. Conveniently, the lounge can be reached via elevator or nearby stairs. I’m going to be honest…the feeling of being greeted by Concierge and having our very own private lounge with a magical view of Cinderella Castle had me all smiles! We felt so fancy. 🎆

👑King Kamehameha Club Concierge Hours 7 am to 10 pm daily
Continental Breakfast 7 am to 10:30 am
Refreshments & Light Snacks 11 am to 4 pm
Appetizers, Beverages & Cheese 5 pm to 7 pm
Desserts and Cordials 8 pm to 10 pm
Now, one thing to consider (before you book) is how often you’ll really be visiting the lounge. The best perk and well, how to get your money’s worth is to frequent the lounge often! I will tell you; you can save a good deal of $ if done smartly. This is especially true if you have 4 or 5 people in 1 room.

On my trip, I was able to take advantage of breakfast, afternoon snacks and evening appetizers but not desserts. I was in the parks at that time. One awesome late-night perk: you can watch Magic Kingdom’s 🎆nighttime fireworks from the lounge. Pretty cool.
Okay, let’s talk about my ROOM! 💚MOANA themed!! I booked a garden view room which has 2 Queen Beds and 1 Sleeper Sofa. Perfect for me and my 2 Travel Agent Pals. We had a lovely, peaceful view. Sitting out on the little patio was paradise.
Club Level Room Options at Polynesian Resort: Theme Park View, 1 Bedroom Suite, Ambassador VP Suite (sleeps 8), King Kamehameha Suite (sleeps 8 with views of Cinderella Castle/Marina), Lagoon View, Garden View and Honeymoon Room (sleeps 2). All rooms sleep 5 guests except where noted.
The room also has a Keurig coffeemaker, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron, patio or balcony. Extra pillows & blankets are available for the Sleeper Sofa. The bathroom (to note) has a gorgeous 2 sink vanity and comes with H2O+ toiletries. However, the vanity is directly across from the shower. So, that can make getting ready a little tricky. On top of that, the toilet is only accessible if you walk thru the vanity area. There is a door separating the toilet from vanity/shower area. There is also a door separating the sleeping/living area from the bathroom. I do love that feature. But I really wish Disney would have separated the vanity from the shower. FYI: All rooms at Poly are set up like this. As a big fan of Moana, the room is stunningly beautiful.
Next up, the FOOD and Drinks. Isn’t that really what you’ve been waiting for!

Continental Breakfast Offerings 🥐
So many yummy things to eat! Assorted Pastries (white chocolate macadamia nut muffins: LOVE), assorted cereals, breads & bagels, juices (yes, POG juice), assorted fruit, yogurt, oatmeal with toppings, cheese omelets, spam, French toast, hard-boiled eggs, and coffee/tea including a Nespresso machine! Milk and Water also available. For the grown-ups, Mimosa or POGmosa!! I enjoyed my fair share of the POGmosas. 🥂
Afternoon Snack/Refreshments🍺
Pro Tip! Stock Up on some of these snacks, drinks and treats! Keep them in your room for later or take with you in the park. Drinks: lemonade, POG juice, Unsweetened Tea, Coffee, and Soft Drinks. A nice selection of beer is available, too. FYI: You can request beer or wine anytime just ask a cast member! Mid-day you’ll find assorted chips, fruit & snacks like granola bars & rice krispie treats. Chocolate Chip/Sugar/Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Guava Danish, and white chocolate mocha muffin were available on our stay. Plus, hummus & crispy pita crackers and crudites with ranch made a great light snack option.
Evening Appetizers 🍽
This is by far the BUSIEST time! It was very difficult getting any photos or videos…as you can see. The food is phenomenal! Lots of Asian inspired dishes, which I love. Plus, beer & wine. Fridge is always stocked with soft drinks. Here’s what we had: Pepper Horns (stuffed with cream cheese & quinoa), Tuna Tatake (raw tuna on bed of seaweed), Chicken Wellington, Fried Duck Leg (served over mashed cauliflower), Hamburger Sliders with toppings, Macaroni & cheese, Honeycomb, Cheeses, Charcuterie-style Meats, Olives, Crackers and Crudité. Mickey Ice cream bars & ice cream sandwiches are often available, too. OMG…the tuna was mouthwatering, and the fried duck was beyond delicious!! Sooo goood.

Desserts & Cordials🧁
I didn’t get to experience this on my visit but most common is vanilla ice cream sundae bar with all the toppings, brownies, cookies, Raspberry cream puffs, pineapple cheesecakeschocolate covered strawberries, mini tarts and macarons! Plus, this is when the cordials come out: Baileys, Frangelico, Grand Marnier, & Kahlua. What a fantastic way to end a night!
Now, 💲Prices for Club Level “on average” vary from an extra $100 night to $300 night, but again it all depends on your dates & room type. I’m always happy to price out quotes for my clients. Now this is where “Disney Math” comes in handy when deciding if Club Level is worth it for you and your family/traveling party. Try to tally up what you think those drinks/snacks/meals will cost/save you. When my family of 5 stayed Club Level: 110% worth it!! When me & my 2 adult friends stayed: I’d say 85% worth it!!
