A Tangled Inspired Tea Party Menu


Golden 🌞Sun Egg Salad Tea Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 6 Hard-Boiled Eggs, peeled
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Ground Mustard
- 2 tsp. Tarragon (optional)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Soft Sandwich Bread
Directions
Cut eggs in quarters and then, partially mash eggs in a large bowl. Add mayo, mustard, tarragon & salt/pepper. Stir well.
Use a sun-shape cookie cutter to cut 1-2 stars per bread slice. Spoon egg salad mixture onto half of the suns and top with the other half. Serve and enjoy!
Trusty Cast-Iron Skillet 🥔Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 pound Russet Potatoes, peeled & coarsely grated
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 TBSP all-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp black Pepper
- 1 large Egg, lightly beaten
- Vegetable Oil
Directions
- Drain your grated potatoes & chopped onions in colander for 10 minutes. Cover potatoes & onion with paper towels and then press with your hands to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix to combine. Add the egg and stir to combine.
- Line a plate with paper towels. Add vegetable oil to a large skillet to cover the bottom. Heat to medium-high. When oil is hot, drop 1/4 cup portions of potato mixture into the skillet. Press lightly with spatula. Cook 4-5 minutes per side or until underside is golden. Transfer cooked pancakes to prepared plate. Serve warm with toppings. Bon Appetit!

- Applesauce
- Sprinkle of Ground Cinnamon

Flynn Rider 💛Blondie Bites

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 cup packed light Brown Sugar
- 1 large Egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts (optional)
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, stir together butter & sugar. Add egg and vanilla, stir to combine. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; stir again til combined. Fold in white chocolate chips & macadamia nuts.
Pour batter into an 8 in. square baking dish. Spread evenly and tap pan on counter to distribute batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until light golden brown (dry on top). Remove blondies from oven. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Cut into squares. Delicious!!
Rapunzel 🍓Fruit Tea

Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon
- 1 cup Strawberries, plus extra for garnish
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 3 cups Water, divided
- 3 Green Teabags
In a blender, combine watermelon, 1 cup strawberries, and blueberries. Blend until smooth. Strain through fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher. Stir in 1 cup water.
In a small pot, heat 2 cups of water to boiling. Remove from heat and submerge teabags. Steep 10 minutes, uncovered. Remove teabags and pour the tea into the punch. Stir to combine.
Chill until ready. Serve over ice and garnish with whole strawberry. Cheers!
Grownups: Champagne is a lovely addition to this drink. Whiskey also pair nicely.

Color Scheme: Purple and Yellow. Flowers are a must!
Use “dainty” or small plates & cups.
Sun “Name” Place cards. Use a cast iron pan for serving pancakes. Stack Blondies…Rapunzel’s “tower”. If you have one, serve food on a 3 Tier Tray.
