NOVEMBER 26 TO DECEMBER 30, 2021. 💚🎄

Early December is one of my favorite times of year to visit, what about you? Holiday decor, beautiful weather and low/moderate crowds…YES! It’s Disney perfection. It was 3 years since I visited WDW at this time of year, so obviously I was beyond excited. I spent a couple days leisurely enjoying the Festival of the Holidays at Epcot! I didn’t get to try as many items as I wanted to but what I did have was extra yummy.
PRO TIP: Before I arrived, I looked at the Food Booths and Menus! I highlighted the booths/foods/drinks that I wanted to try. When I arrived at Epcot, I picked up my Festival Passport checked off items, took notes, and had a fun souvenir to take back home. I also recommend setting a budget (gasp!), I know…but all these little bites & drinks really add up fast. Get a re-loadable wristlet gift card, it worked perfectly for keeping me on budget. 🎅

Here’s a LIST of 2021’s Holiday Kitchens

- Refreshment Port
- Yukon
- Le Marche De Noel
- L’ Chaim
- Tangierine Cafe: Flavor of the Medina

Now on with my RECOMMENDATIONS & REVIEWS:
Canada. Yukon Holiday Kitchen. Skipped this booth. But, found Olaf! I heard the Beef Bourguignon was delish.

France. Marche de Noel Holiday Kitchen. I’ll say it again, France is my favorite pavilion in the World Showcase! Alas, this year’s festival menu didn’t really appeal to me. Well, except for the mimosa! Olaf was having a blast in the maze.
- Cranberry Mimosa: Pol Remy Sparkling Wine with Orange Juice & Cranberry Juice 💗💗 Tasty but nothing special. Perfect way to start my day. Thanks to HK Nail Designs for making my nails so festive & cute in my pics! So many fun Disney designs!! Use my code Enchanted10 for an extra discount!

Germany. Bavaria Holiday Kitchen. I wanted everything! Found Olaf hiding with the toys in a shop window. If you have a sweet tooth and love cookies, consider doing the Holiday Cookie Stroll. Purchase 5 Cookies and Get 1 Free. This year’s cookies: Linzer Cookie, Chocolate Crinkle Cookie, Black & White Cookie, Gingerbread Cookie, Snickers-Doodle Cookie and prize: Sugar Cookie.

- Cheese Fondue in a Bread Bowl with steamed baby vegetables & marble potatoes💗💗💗💗💗 BEST of the FEST, and truthfully one of my favorite all-time eats at Disney. Period. Dot. Drooling as I write this.
- Linzer Cookie 💗💗💗 Yum. Soft, GIANT cookie. A little spicy and sweet. One of my favorite cookies to eat during Christmas time.
- Possman Pure Hard Apple Cider 💗💗💗 Light, not overly sweet and nice pairing with my decadent schnitzel.
- Pork Schnitzel with mushroom sauce, spätzle, and braised red cabbage💗💗💗💗 So good. Loved the comforting, classic German flavor combo. Cooked beautifully and the spätzle was extra yummy!

Morroco. Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina! Amazing! Wow, talk about flavor, spice and deliciousness. I LOVED this place.

- Grilled Lamb Kefta Kebab with carrot-chickpea salad and garlic aioli 💗💗💗💗 Absolutely delicious. Flavor explosion! Chickpea salad was a nice “cool-off” and complimentary with this incredible Middle Eastern bite. Seriously, order this!
- Fig Cocktail with Sparkling Wine, Fig Vodka, and Cranberry Juice 💗💗💗 💗 OMG. I drank this surprisingly fast. New favorite drink. I bought a second one later that night.
L’Chaim Holiday Kitchen and Japan’s Shi Wasu. I skipped both booths because I was saving myself for Germany. Just being honest. Found Olaf looking oh-so-cute in Japan near some cool bonsai trees.

Italy! I didn’t eat here on this trip because the menu was almost exactly the same as Food & Wine Festival. Alas, I can recommend 2 items. But, isn’t Olaf having fun at the Gelateria or what?!

- Bomboloni alla Cioccolato-Nocciola: Chocolate-filled Italian Doughnut with Chocolate-Hazelnut spread (Nutella) and Powdered Sugar 💗💗💗 💗 Doughnut and Nutella. YUMMO!
- Italian Margarita with Tequila and Limoncello 💗💗💗💗💗 One of my favorite drinks at EPCOT. Limoncello + Tequila = Fantastico!
American Holiday Table! No, I didn’t stop here but the menu did look really good. I was too full to eat another bite. But I can recommend the Pumpkin Gingerbread Cheesecake & Chocolate Crinkle Cookie. 2 of my favorite flavors during the Holidays.

China. Lotus Blossom Cafe. So glad I ventured back into the pavilion or I would have missed a yummy snack and not found a very well-hidden Olaf! Peek a boo!

- House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons 💗💗💗💗 Deep friend wontons with crab & cheese. Salty deliciousness. I was in late-night foodie heaven! A fan favorite of adults and kids alike.
- Fireworks: Jose Cuervo Tequila Gold, Absolut Vodka, Orange Juice, and Mango Syrup 💗💗💗 HOLY booze! I was so tipsy (and giggly) after drinking this…lol…and it was very tasty. But be warned, it is strong!
Now about this Scavenger Hunt!
Olaf’s Holiday Traditions Expedition Scavenger Hunt. ☃
I always participate in the Festival Scavenger Hunts! During the holidays, it’s always Olaf-themed. Like, of course, it is. Some of this year’s hidey spots were quite tricky! OMG…but I had so much fun finding them. Map with stickers was $9.99. The prize was a choice of Frozen plate: Olaf, Olaf & Sven or Anna, Elsa, Olaf & Sven. Which would you pick?

There is also Entertainment in each pavilion of the World Showcase during this festival. Probably the most beautiful and renowned performance is the Candlelight Processional. A guest narrator retells the Christmas story accompanied by a 50-piece orchestra, trumpets and Voices of Liberty. Dining Packages were also available. You can enjoy this show 3 times a night at the America Gardens Theatre. 🎶
You will also find additional entertainment around the World Showcase: Joyful! A Celebration of the Season, Canadian Holiday Voyageurs, Father Christmas, Pere Noel, Hanukkah Storyteller, Daruma Storyteller, Santa Claus, La Befana, Chinese Lion Dancer, A Mischievous Magical Barn Santa, and Las Posadas Celebration.
Last, but not least…exclusive merchandise! This year’s theme included Olaf, Sven and Figment: just adorable!! Look at that cookie jar! 🍪⛄
