Walt Disney World’s New Restaurant and Most Coveted Advance Dining Reservation.
Epcot’s out-of-this-World Restaurant: Space 220 should be on everyone’s Dining Wish List! It’s not any lunch or dinner…but it’s a totally immersive dining experience. Reservations are near impossible to get, the food is phenomenal, the drinks are unique & fun, and well, the atmosphere is unbelievable! You will feel like you’re dining in SPACE! 🌌
The EXPERIENCE
When you step inside the restaurant, you will receive a Space Elevator Boarding Pass to the Centauri Space Station. From that moment, you’re hooked. It’s so very cool; cue the ooohs. Next, you’re escorted into the Space Elevator and up you go…to Space! I was totally geeking out at this moment.
I was really hoping I would get to keep the boarding pass, but alas, the hostess takes it as you enter the restaurant. **Disney… if you are reading this: Let your guests keep the boarding pass!!
Now, as I mentioned earlier, this restaurant is extremely difficult when it comes to scoring a reservation. ✨Tip: You can try for reservations in Space 220 or Space 220 Lounge. In the main restaurant, you will only be offered the Prix Fixe Menu. While in the Lounge, you can choose from the Prixe Fixe Menu or Flight Bites.
Booking Tips: Book exactly on your opening ADR (advance dining reservation) date at 6 am eastern time, aim for a reservation near the end of your trip, and hope for the best! You can also try getting last minute reservations the week of your trip, check daily!

Prix Fixe Menu includes 1 Lift-Off (appetizer), 1 Star Course (entree) and 1 Supernova Sweet (dessert)

- $55 per person for Lunch (excludes dessert)
The Lounge Menu offers Lift-Offs, Atmospheric Spirits, Crew Brews, and Worldly Wines.
There is also a Kids Prix Fixe Menu, $29 per child for lunch/dinner. Excellent options!
🎁Free Souvenir: Collectible Trading Cards included with Kids Meal and/or Zero Proof Cocktails (non-alcoholic specialty drinks). Very cool idea!
The RESTAURANT
With gigantic windows, panoramic views of space, our gorgeous Earth and all those tiny stars, it’s hard not to be impressed. Keep an eye out for astronauts, planets, spaceships and more! Hint Hint: Star Wars fans! 🚀
The theming is beyond extraordinary! Space 220 is Awesome…with its blue neon lighting, geometric carpeting, sparkly bar, futuristic-looking silverware and cleverly named food & drinks! Heck, even the bathroom is on point. Seriously, just pop in and have a look.
I don’t know about you but when I’m at Walt Disney World…I want an immersive, magical experience! Space 220 knocks it out of the park…I mean planet.
Even my little chef, Remy, put it on his MUST EAT list of Walt Disney World. Are they hiring?🪐
My REVIEW
I was lucky enough to get a reservation in the Lounge. I sat down at the bar and was immediately giddy with anticipation! I ordered the Blue Moon Cauliflower and Stargarita. The buffalo sauce on the delicately battered & fried cauliflower was mouthwatering. I asked the bartender for extra sauce; it was that good. The cauliflower was cooked perfectly and not greasy at all. The dusting of blue cheese really took it to the next level. 9/10 🧡
My spirit of choice: Stargarita. I love margaritas and this one just sounded excellent. Watching the bartender pour my drink was an experience, too! The concoction went from light gold to a beautiful, starry pinkish purple. The Stargarita was a wonderful combination of sweet, strong and tart. I loved it! Look how fun the pick is! 10/10 ✨
By the way, first class awards to my bartender, he was outstanding! I asked if I could have some of the Space 220 coasters to take home…he totally hooked a girl up! He handed me about a dozen coasters! #BestSouvenirEver
When your Space 220 meal is over, you are escorted back down the Space Elevator to Earth. I really didn’t want to leave. I was having a truly wonderful time. I left the restaurant feeling WOW-ed and completely satisfied! ✨My 2 cents: It’s pricey but the food AND experience is totally worth it, especially for a special occasion meal. Calling all science/space geeks, put this restaurant on your TOP priority dining list. 🌚
I will definitley be coming back for the whole Prix Fixe experience! All the food and drinks that I saw coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. That filet mignon and sticky toffee pudding are calling me back to Space!
